I bought a venus fly trap lastnight.how often do I feed it,looking 4 any tips on care in central ohio.?

Question:The instructions on the container were slim and didnt provide much info. I bought it 4 my 11yr. old son wanted it and we need any tips we can get.

Technically, a venus flytrap could survive without being fed ever since they do photosynthesize, so feed it whenever you want to, really.
