How do you kill house plant bugs that attack the roots?

Question:The bugs are little tiny almost gnat worm looking, but all the pesticides i have tried for gnats do not work. They are black, brown and white and i can not get rid of them. I find them just under the top dirt and around the roots. They are now in all of my houseplants :( Help please

Answers:
The type of insecticide that you want is called a systemic. It is used to treat the plaint and after it is absorbed it will reach the roots.thus killing the insect that is attacking it.

With bleach and boiling water.
you need a systemic spray.you spray the tree and works down to the roots, killing the wormscheck with yournurseryfor exact spray for that plant
I think you can soak it in a mild dishwashing detergent to kill the bugs
spray chemicals that would kill them
