Is there anyway I can organically remove or repel bugs and beetles from my squash plants?

Question:I don't want to use chemicals on my garden but these bugs are attacking the base of my squash plants and I don't want to lose them.

Answers:
Try neem oil. Its a natural oil from the neem tree and is excellent at controlling insects, fungus and mites. You mix it with water and spray it on the plants. It is certified for use on organic crops and will not poison or harm the environment or you. You can get it at regular garden suppluy stores. I got mine at OSH - just look for the "safe" brands and check the ingredients to see that its neem oil.
