Ants in the house?

Question:very small ants have made a nest inside of my house.i see them crawling up my shingles i a straight line ..i hear that boric acid dust is good ... where do i buy it...thank you.

Answers:
While boric acid will work I like to use bifenthrin. This is the active ingredient in the ortho home defense products. It is safe, and it continues to control insects for a season. It can be used inside as well as outside.

Never tried it, but it sounds good. You can buy boric acid powder at your local pharmacy OTC, or hardware store.
Buy it at any grocery store in the Laundry section. If you have Baking Powder around that works just as well.
Boric acid I think you can buy in a pharmacy or one of those rat/insect killers would be just as good.

Finding the main nest of the ants would be a good way to destroy the ant habitat in your house.
