How do you get rid of nants?

Question:My indoor houseplant/tree has nants. How do I get rid of them without hurting my plant? I already had to get rid of several of my herb plants because they got them bad.

Answers:
Move your plants outside for the moment or place paper bags over them. Shake them a little to chase them (gnats) away first. Then use peels from aged fruit or a smelly damp rag placed on newspaper and SWAT them with a rolled newspaper to kill them. Gnats are attracted to aged fruit and damp areas and certain plants. Good luck
