Question:i want to rip my neighbours head off,him and his guests block the small access road in front of our properties and they use my drive as a place to u-turn.i've explained this to them but it still keeps happening.i feel like chinning the lot of them

get 2 white lines painted outside your drive then if they park tell the police who will issue them with a ticket as they are obstructing your ways of entry.easy
you can legally get their cars clamped...hehe..
and charge then a removal rate as well...
this is actually a legal thing to do in England.that will shock them into making them realize you mean business
Why not get some of those poles, that you can put in the road,which lay down, when you want to get out your drive. This would leave them a little confused as they would be unable to turn there cars around. Done this to some chumps I used to live next door to, they struggled for years with this.
Or just chin them.
on the scale of things...does it really matter?? try to chill out a little & let it go over your head..dont get yourself all angry because then they win. its nice to live in peace with your neighbours...life is too short for upsets!
i understand your frustration at them blocking access to your road. what if there is an emergency? that can and should be called in to a tow company or cops but i don't see how them turning around in your driveway is worth the stress. i think i would rather have neighbors doing that than to have a neighbor that has such violent thoughts over such small stuff. some things are just not worth the bother. if its not hurting anyone...
My mother-in-law had a similar problem only it was the police who abused the parking outside her house as the police station is next door to her house, she had endless run-ins with them, eventually the council painted a white line across the front of her property, meaning they'd be breaking the law if they parked across it.It works but they still take the piss by parking as close as they can!! So if you don't have any joy don't involve our local bobby's cos they're just as bad...feel free to rip off their heads!!
Inexpensive solution is to put a barricade made of 2 saw horses with a board across the top. For a more permanent solution put up an actual gate. Post a sign that stated all vehicles will be towed at owners expense.
If you just want to get even, after you pull into your drive lay down a tarp covered with nails. Just remember to pick it up before you leave.
