Tips for selling an appartment?
Question:My apartment is going on the market for sale, going to be sold by an estate agent. Have you any tips on how to make it more attractive to seduce potential buys? It’s spotlessly clean, in perfect condition with a beautiful terrace bursting with plants, so that’s not my question. I was told for example to remove photographs and have fresh flowers in a vase. Have you any other things like that to suggest. Thanks a million.

you need to make the illusion of there being much more space in each of the rooms, do this by removing any ornaments that take up considerable space, tidying all curtains back neatly, making the windows clean, as to give the viewer a good feel of the outside, almost trying to bring the main highlights of the external features in the inside of the house, make sure the house is well lit. remove any uneccasary personal belongings, remember you are trying to sell you property to another person, they need to be able to visualise what it is going to be like for them living there. try adding a fruit bowl on the dining table for additional show.

Just make sure that you keep it clean. That will be the most important thing. As for remving the photos and pictures from the wall i wouldnt unless you are packing them. You want it to look lived in but clean.
