How do you get an inexpensive apartment?


Question:How do you get an inexpensive apartment in Santa Cruz without killing anyone, sleeping with anyone, or blackmail of any kind? Not that I'm apposed to these practices, I just don't know anyone well enough to make it worthwhile.
