Does anyone know the address to send complaints to kays catalogue (uk)?
Question:been trying the helpline for months and sent letters recoreded delivery and had the royal mail tell me the address didnt exist and to top it of got a letter about my phone complaints telling me to send more details but didnt give me an address to send it to! this is for the UK btw and the letter was post marked from burnley and was a mister A White
PLEASE someone help, they sold us a dodgy washing machine that broke in the first year and wont sort it out even though i told them im a single mum with 4 kids.

try going to trading standards they should be able to advise you. failing that write to them and record the letter that way they can not say they did not receive it.
try trading standards, they have the clout to get things moving and will keep a file on all complaints against the company. they will contact kays catalogue on your behalf and you just have to call them (t.s.o)every so often for an update.
