I am getting this pool and...?


Question:i wanted to get like a metal framed pool 52" by 18' but i didnt get a job in time so my aunt gave us a brand new metal framed pool with all the stuff but it is missing a few conecters she said you can get them at a pool store it is 12' by 36" not bad for a pool it will do the sumer better than nothing but i had a issue with the ring pool last year with getting nasty water like it would chamge colors and stuff and need emptyed so i need to know waht all i will need besides a clorean despenser and clorean and do pool stores carrie conector parts??

Hi, they might carry parts for it. Check it out first before you take the pool.Also ask them what you need to do up-keep on the water. I know you need to add chlorine and acid. What amount for that size of pool, I'm unsure of. We have a built -in pool. Good luck Bye


Your local hardware or pool store should sell chlorene in yellow 3-gallon jugs. Use one of those jugs every 1-2 weeks and that should do it, along with the tablets in the float thing.

If you get a ton of rain, you might want to pour the chlorene in a little more often.

Use test strips to make sure you have around 2-3 PPM or chlorene. That should do it.

Use the algicide with copper if algea is a problem.
