If I grow herbs indoors, will I get fruit flies?

Question:I hate fruit flies!

Answers:
Any moist soil could give you fruit flies.

Use a quality potting soil and don't over water and you will have no more difficulty than you do with your house plants (often no problem).

In short you shouldn't but you can, just watch the water.
