Possibly moving to Alabama?


Question:My fiance and I are thinking of moving to Alabama sometime in the future. I was wondering if anyone could answer these questions for me...
What is the cost of living there? Not so much a city, but like a small to medium sized town. How much is the rent and/or cost of buying a home?
What does a Certified Medication Aide make? I have this certification and I was curious how much they make compared to here.
How good is the education? I'm preparing to attend college and we have two sons (ages 5 and 1).
Any other general information about the state would be appreciated! Thanks so much.

All I can tell you is that depending on what part of Alabama you live in it is very hot.I lived in Robertsdale close to the gulf and it is hot and humid.I really don't think it is that much money to rent or to buy.If you don't mind hot weather Spanish Fort is a small town and fairly inexpensive.
