Question:my fat neighbor keeps wandering over into my property and going in my pool. he jumps over my 6 foot fence using a ladder he stole from my garage and goes into my pool. sometimes when i get home from work, he is there with his friends. the police wont do anything so what else can i do ?

Put a lot of chemicals in your pool water and he won't come back....believe me.
Put up a sign that says no trespassing! Then you can get him for trespassing!
When he's at your house, go into his, eat all his food, and watch him cry.
Or, you can try calling the police again, let them know that this is a repeat offense, and they're trespassing.
Or, scare your fat neighboor with threats.
well this this is what i would do, since itson your propert you can do anything u want to. Next time he goes in the pool, make his stay horrible, try this a few times and i'm sure he'll stopo coming over. Like spray him and his friends with a supersoaker filled with boiling hot water!

This is very strangely familiar to someone elses "fat neighbor" question, the ladder was stolen from a garage, the police won't do anything, yada yada yada.
If you're going to ask a phony question, at least be creative and don't steal it from someone else. I needed the 2 points anyway.

get a restraining order to keep him away from you and your property.
You can call your insurance company to send him a letter as you may be liable if he has an accident in your pool. Keep after the police they have to do something. Install a security camera or hire a security guard.
Buy some piranha fish , set them free in the pool..or alligators or a shark !?
He is trespassing..causing contamination.and harrassing you.by doing this !
Try the Police again , or your Department of Sanitation..or set a trap..like electrocuting the pool !
Or employ a couple of local bouncers as pool minders.as a one off.and catch him in the act !
Or last but not least.set up a webcam..and paste his fat ugly mush on the worldwide web..haha !

Empty the pool.
ask him not to go in the pool and /or put up a NO TRESPASSING sign and tell him that he needs to give up your ladder..end of subject...now if he is in the pool the law will take care of it
wow... I think that the police are the bull crapping you... I mean... why wouldn't they arrest him.. he is on public property... that sounds ridiculous...
Next time you come home and fat neighbor is in your pool...go get your ladder! Get a big *** dog..or two! Drain your pool and tell your fat neighbor you have an infectious disease... One must meet crazy with crazy!
