Go to B & Q. 3rd aisle when you go in. Underneath the shelf with the rainbow paint and above the one with bubbles for a spirit level!
Its for greasing your elbow. You'll find it next to the glass hammers and tartan paint.
Also while you're there ask for a long weight, some stripey paint and a skirting board ladder.

Ummm I think you are on a wild goose chase. In my world elbow grease is just plain hard work!! Um doing it yourself...example: I got the black stuff off the bottom of my pan by using "elbow grease". Hope this helps!!

Go to Home Depot. It should be on the shelf next to the board strechers and the buckets of steam. If they don't have it maybe a little hard work will provide you with some. Work like you mean it and fellow workers will take you serious.
You get it at the same shop that you can buy a long weight and a salmon leg. They all serve the same purpose.
