Oh my house is a mess! Can't even see the dining room table I worked so hard to refinish! It's awful!
WHAT with two kids that get more toys out than toys r us every two minutes? more or less resided to living in clutter now?
Well I have 2 young children (3 & 4) so my house isn't neat. It's clean, but you will find toys everywhere. :o)
I have a very nice neat house now that my kids are grown and moved out!! Actually I have one room that looks not so great - the office- its a catch all for all those extras that we just don't know what to do with.I guess I need to watch Mission Organization to fix that problem. Have you seen the homes on that show??makes me feel good that mine ( and probably yours) isn't so bad!

my house is always neat and tidy, its just a matter of having a place for every thing. and if you dont want something then get rid of it. its not hard . whats the hardest? hang keys on key hook? or throw them on a worktop? how hard is it to put shoes in the shoe cupboard? train kids to put their toys away when theyve finished with them . mine always did it. any one that says their house is untidy because they have kids is just making excuses.

I do live in a nice house. I think that "neat" is a relative term. By some standards my house is very clean, but by others, it is not. My main floor is much cleaner and has less clutter than the basement .. and I don't even want to think about my laundry/storage room! I'll get to it .... someday.
