Plant seeds?

Question:I have some Sweet Williams Seed,and I was just wondering if I have to dig a hole in the dirt,and bury them that way,or do I just scatter them on top of the soil?..Thanx you..

It depends on what kind of plant it is, most of them like to be covered, even just a little bit. It should say on the back of the package how to grow it.
