Anybody know a cheap way to get rid of moles?

The cheapest and one of the best ways to get rid of moles, is to use a emergency road flare.
You take a standard road flare and locate a fresh mole hole, and with your hand make sure that the entrance to the mole hole is open, and then strike the flare and with the burning end, place it into the mole hole.Once it is in the hole, take some of the soil and block the hole back up at the opening. The road flare sends out all kinds of sulfur gas through the holes that the mole has dug, and the mole leaves because they can't stand the smell of sulfur. You will have to repeat this a few times until the mole has had enough.
Be careful with the emergency flares and you will see results.

I agree. A .22 shell is only about 15 cents. You can also buy mole deterrent from lowes or home depot or wherever but that doesnt really get rid of them. A trap is about the least dangerous way and they can run about 20 bucks.
There is something you can buy at wal-mart called Sweeney's mole and gopher killer. It is inexpensive and works. All you do is put it in their little tunnel and it kills them. Just don't use it where kids or pets can reach it.
I have always heard that Juicey Fruit gum works. Just put it in the mloe hole and they are attracted to the smell, eat it but can't digest it. It's cheap.
