Does any have problems with the sales process of Standard Pacific Homes, seems they don't negotiate on price?

They will charge whatever the market will bear. In other words, if you are in a high demand market and the supplier has a waiting list to get into their homes, what incentive do they have negotiating nickels with you.
If you are talking about the extras, you do have the option of getting the standard items and then adding the extras on your own for a better price as you can afford them.
