Does anyone know how much Direct Buy charges for membership in Canada?

Direct Buy stores are independently owned and operated. Most in the U.S. are 3000 to $4000. Then, you pay shipping for anything you buy and fight to get damaged goods replaced. I belonged to a similar "club" years ago and found that what they were selling was new, but discontinued items.
