Can people walk right through a solid object, like a wall?
Question:I don't mean smash it to bits, but actually pass through it by somehow matching its vibration frequency with ones own body.

Of course! If the density and strength of the material is low enough, such as drywall, glass, or screen, it's a piece of cake.

The more serious answer now: Solids have such tight bonds between atoms that they can't pass through each other. The only way to pass between two atoms of a solid object is to break the bond, which would ultimately destroy the unit as a whole. So as plausible as your guess sounds, it can't happen with a solid. Liquids don't share this same bond, and can pass through one another with ease, and gasses, well, they have no shape and mix and never separate again.
