Answers:
It depends on the type of rose.
There are roses that bloom once in the spring or summer.
Or they can be a "repeat" bloomer that blooms either all summer long or once in spring and once in fall.
Mine are flowering in the Boston area right now, and will continue through the fall. There are many different types for different growing regions.
Usually after the last frost and well into late autumn. Keep cutting the buds and they will keep making more.
