How do I attract alot of ants in the summer?

Question:I have an Ant Farm type thing and want to attract alot of ants.
How do I do this without bying stuff or using lots of energy to do it.

Answers:
If you want to raise ants in the ant farm, you will need to find the queen. Without her, the worker ants will die rather than start a colony. You can put out a little sugar, bread, cookie, pop, etc and wait a couple of hours. Once ants have appeared, trace them back to their nest. Dig down until you find the main nest. Collect eggs, workers, and the queen (largest ant in colony) if you can.

You can also find ants under cement pavers, especially if they are set in sand. Ants like sandy soils.

lol! Go outside stick a piece of bread in the grass come back 45 minutes later and you should or the bread should of attracted A LOT of ANTS!:)
It depends on what kind of ants you are trying to attract.
You are welcome to collect as many as you can carry from my yard!
Try sugar water. One part sugar to 4 parts water, boil water to dissolve the sugar, let it cool and pour it in a shallow bowl or plastic lid and place it in an area where you want to collect the ants, nearby to a grassy area.
