Question:Okay we bout a new house, our yard is dirty, dry grass, weeds, hay, sticks, and dry sand... now my question is how can i get rid of those things like weeds, hay, dry sand and all that thanks a lot!

pick up all of the sticks
use a shovel and get rid of the sand
Then rent a tiller and grind up your yard
plant grass seed and turn a sprinkler on.
lots of work - but should be worth it.
