How hard is it to sell a 1 story house in Frisco, TX?

Question:I am planning to purchase a 1 story home in Frisco, TX (75034 or 75035). I heard its hard to resell the property.

It depends, right now the market is down, and it is hard to sell. There is so much building going on right now. However, it is a great place to live, and everything is really expanding. My gut feeling is that 5-10 years down the line your home will be a lot easier to sell.
