Can any1 help me 10 points 4 whoevr answers right about a window question?

Question:i was just sitting watching t.v. and suddenly it just started cracking from the inside nothing hit it it just cracked and it was a hot normal summer day

Answers:
Sounds like one of two things.

If you have had trouble opening the window, I would suspect that the window broke due to stress. Most likely the house has settled and pressure has been applying to the house until the breaking point was reached. This would normally occur in a new house or one in an area with earthquakes present (you don't have to feel them for earthquakes to occur).

Other possibility - heat from the sun is hitting only part of the window. If this is occurring, the window will heat in parts and stay cool in others. This difference could create a crack.

Last, noice from the tv was a certain frequency and this caused the cracking.

hmmm, poltergeist? idk
tubes have gone.you need a repairman
Sounds like your window is old , and vibrations have caused window to crack. Do you get tremors in your part of the world?New glass is much more pliant and durable.
