Can anyone help me find a 3 ring binder in black with the clear plastic cover on the outside ...?

Question:its got a clear plastic on it so you can put a sheet of paper in there kinda like the cover sheet...i have been searching web sites and driving to stores looking for this...i can only find this in white!!! or the larger size binders...but i need the smaller one! HELP thanks in advance
