Moron neighbor and lawn question?

Question:My moronic neighbor only cuts his lawn every 3-4 weeks and then blows it over on my nice manicured lawn. I was going to rake it over to his yard tomorrow when it dries up (just rained) and see if he gets the hint. Anybody have any good suggestions?

Awww, that is really unfortunate. I think your idea is a good one, but the wind will probably just end up blowing it back in your yard.

You could cut slightly into your neighbors yard when you cut your yard so his clippings won't come into your yard when he finally mows his, but then you are doing his chores for him.
