Pls help about sound?

Question:What can be done to avoid hearing the sound of the water pump of our neighbours. it is really bothering us, and we can't sleep? The wall is double and the sound and vibrations is also heard.

Sounds like your Neighbours water pump is faulty.

Talk to your Neighbour even offer to go half's with the cash to replace it for a quieter pump if that's what it takes to resolve the problem and have a good nights sleep.

If this is not acceptable to your neighbour speak to your local council they will help.

Why offer half the cash - its the neighbours fault not yours. Ask them politely to sort it and if they wont then report it to Environmental Health at the Council. It is noise nuisance and you do not have to put up with it. Good Luck
