What kind of Spider is In My Apartment? It is Orange, Not Globe?

Question:I have seen and killed several orange and/or yellow spiders in my apartment. I can't find any pictures online and was wondering what they could possibly be. My baby has a few new bumps and so of course I am concerned. The bodies are the size of a nickel and they do not seem to be aggressive, but in my house bugs that could be poisonous die until I find otherwise. Not hairy or thick legs either. I live in Houston TX and have seen them in the bathroom, a pile of clean clothes, and a moving box. Any direction to a spider site or possibilities would be greatly appreciated.
