AC question?

Question:The pipes coming from my AC fan outside are frozen solid. I looked inside where my fan is and something inside also was frozen. My coil just got replaced. Could that be part of the problem?

call them back-sounds like you may be low on freon. they must evacuate the system (remove the freon) to replace the coil. they may have not put enough freon back in

That almost always means low on freon. There could be a leak or not enough put in after repair as the other person said.
