Can i buy the original blue printgs and deeds to a house in great britain?

I've always had the original deeds with all the paperwork whenever I've bought a house. Even one house was a cottage few hundred years old. All the paperwork, including all changes of ownership etc., came with the purchase. So don't understand you question. As for the blueprints, that's probably different matter. Also included with the documents will be all planning permissions granted. They may include plans.
Should of added really that that is what you get when you buy a house, the deeds. So buy the house and you will get the deeds. Your friend will have them although he may not know it because most people leave the documents including the deeds with their solicitor for safe keeping
