Jumping Spider in PA?
Question:I keep finding these small jumpin spiders in my house. I live in the Lhigh Valley. They range from the size of a small fly to a big fly. They almost look like a fly with spider legs instead of wings. When I kill it, some blood comes out. Are they biting us without us even knowing it? Are the dangerous?
Answers:
Jumping spiders are the largest family of spiders. They are venomous, as are almost all spiders, but the venom is harmless. It is very unlikely that they would bite you.
Just scoop them into a jar or glass and let them go out in the yard.
As far as the brown recluse, one of the reasons it is called a "recluse" is because you usually don't see it out in the open.
Those are mosquito's not spiders.
ewe I hate spiders, eke I'm phobic of them, that is freaky. I don't know what it could be mosquitoes look kinda like that sometI'mes but im sure you know the diff, Look at diff types of spiders on line then maybe you will see what kind it is I just hope I never come across one! Its bad enough i have to worry about Brown Recluses where i live they are very poison's and if they bite you they can kill you and wherever you got bit will rot off.
