Help! My spa won't heat!!?

Question:Brand New Spa, electric, just bought it Sunday, it has been plugged in for days, and it won't heat at all!! Please help!!!

Answers:
Check first for tripped circuit breakers. Check your house wiring first. Then, there are usually one or two breakers on the spa itself.
If it's not a tripped breaker, check the timers. Some spas have timers that tell it when to heat and when not to, so you can have it warm when you want it and save a little money the rest of the time. People set the timers to off while they're at work, for example, then set them to heat the spa an hour or so before they get home.
Your instruction manual should contain the info about the breakers, and the timers.

Hello. Honestly this could be something as simple as your cartridge filter being too dirty. If the flow through the heater is decreased due to this it automatically shuts itself off as a safety feature. Take out your filter and run your tub for a while. If it starts to heat go buy a new filter. If not you may have a problem with the thermostat or a couple other things. Hope this helps.
