depending on where you live, usually as soon at it turns spring, i live in the south so march ,april,and may is the best. but pretty much all summer.

When school ends and right before it begins again. Avoid holiday weekends.
I think late April or early May. Here in Michigan, you want to do it early in the season because we have to cram all of our garage saling into just a few months, and we are really excited to start saling after the long winter.
Shortly after school gets out (here late June) until Late August when college goes back in session.
