There's a fly on the wall and every time i flip it way it comes back to land on the same spot why?

its worm, its as a nice dry drop of snot from your last sneeze and it has a great view
there is probably something small on the wall that it is feeding on. Try wiping the wall with a damp cloth and mild detergent
Because it's warm and comfy or maybe a lady fly was there earlier.
