Best plants?

Question:I wanted to put some plants in pots on my porch. They will not be getting direct sunlight. Any advice on which plants would best survive will be great!

Answers:
For flowers: begonias, impatiens or fuschias (as already mentioned).

For foliage: ferns, hosta, coleus, spider plants or peace lily will all do well in low light in pots.

Chlorophytum Comosum (Spider Plant) Is A Great Well Lit Shade Lover. This Will Be Greem Foliage.
An upright fushia should do it. Go to the nursery and look for shade plants. Ask someone who works there. Impatients would work too. Begonias also!
There must be 100's of shade lovers but if you want an annual that is covered in flowers & is easy to grow I suggest "Bizzy Lizzy" Impatients
Impatients will do well...they come in several colors and don't mind a little shade.
venus fly trap
Cannabis Sativa
