What would you do When we looked at this house the property owners told us...?
Question:the yard to the fence would be ours.. which would be equle to a front and back yard. After we signed all paper work month to month... They said ohh your yard only goes to the pole which makes this yard very small. They told us they would maintaine it then hand it over.. but yet still say thats not your side of the yard.. the weeds were up to my waist.. I am 5'3 and my hubby and son couldnt breath this is about a half an acre so I weed waked it.. The three owners are not on the same page.. so sorry to make long story short. None of them can make up their mind if we get what would be our back yard or not.. They told us after they maintaine it they will hand it over. They havent but they hubby said last time he was here I did that side of the yard before you moved in.. What would you do? Confront all three of them. The son seems to have more say so then them. Should I wait to talk to the son if so How would you ask him about the yard with out sounding pushy or rude.. EEp

Should have gotten a land survey BEFORE you closed on the house... if the land is not yours it not yours…
As far as the weeds… I’d call and make a complaint to the city, nearly all localities have regulations that require landowners to keep their property maintained, grass cut…
I would re-read the mortgage papers to see where your property lines actually are and go from there. . . if its your clean it up. . if it not. . oh well. . good luck
