My guess is that the glass is coated with something to which dust particles don't adhere to. Thus rain cleans it without the need of different glass cleaners.
dirt and grime doesnt stick to as hard as it does to regular glass, so a little rain will clean it up
It does not -period!
It doesn't. It is more of a sales pitch than reality. We had a large front window replaced with "stay clean glass" and we can't really tell any difference.
