Property apraiser comming, what needs to be done?
Question:I have a property aprasier coming in the morning to look at the house. What kinds of things are more important than others and need more attention? What are the things that dont matter at all? I got this news last minute, so I have to make the house presentable by morning...help!

Don't worry about it as long as things look presentable. Also, for your info, appraisals can vary widely depending on the appraiser.
you may want to tackle areas that are visible from the front door and back door if applicable... logic is once you start a job it is never ending so just try and relax and work on each area for a bout 1 hour each and see the difference. try and think of things like the basics that everyone needs to have on display and so on
