New apartment???

Question:ok so i move into my apartment with my boyfriend about 2 days ago and there are light bulbs out or gone completely..the kitchen and vanity cabinets are stained and the apartments told us to write all that down but i personally do not feel its sterilized.also the master bathroom shower is sooooo gross. What is the best cleaning products that will get those cabinets sterile and clean and also the shower its a stand up shower if that helps. i am really picky about getting things clean and it grossed me out when i saw those things wrong thank you.

ZEP sells a product called Shower Tub and Tile, I get it at Home Depot. Very easy to use. Spray it on, give it a minute, not too much time, brush it (I use an old broom) and rinse it off. Hope this was helpful :-)
