Know of a cheap way to get junk hauled out of my Portland, OR, apartment?
Question:I've got a bed frame, table, filing cabinet, printer, and a box of random crap. 1-800-Got-Junk is out of my price range, and I don't have time to post it on Craigslist, as I need it gone ASAP. Anyone from the area know who I can call to take this stuff for a low fee? Thanks!

have you tried freecycle.org ? They have lists (like craigslist) and you can keep your stuff out of the landfill. You can join your local list and post all the stuff you're getting rid of (in one e-mail), people will respond and pick it up ... you can give a timeline as well.

put it infront of your neighbors door in the middle of the night
Call your local Salvation Army, or any other donation center. They will come pick it up and give you a tax write-off form.
