What is the best way to keep spiders and other jeebies out of my house without pestacides?

There is an insect that has to be scarier than anything you have ever seen. BUT it eats spiders, ants, roaches, moths, etc. It's called the house centipede. Look it up in the images or do a web search.
They don't like light, and move very quickly to get out of it. If you have a neighbor that has them, carefully capture a few. They are very fragile and can out run just about any other insect.
