Is it possible to grow plants in your ear if you fill it with dirt and water it?

Question:

Answers:
its probably gonna work great because the rocks in your head should stop any erosion

i dont think your ear is big enough for the right amount of soil for anything
Well, I have four-o-clock plants that seem to do quite well in less than that, so I would imagine you could! My question is why would you WANT to? LOL
I don't know why you couldn't. My mother used to always tell me my ears had so much dirt in them she could grow potatoes in there.
There is bound to be some species of plant that will grow in any cavity, ear included.

Incidentally, in the tropics during hot and humid rainy season lot of fungus grows on the skin.
