Does your refrigerator freeze all the stuff that is in the back?

Question:It drives me crazy. If I put something on the top shelf toward the back, it freezes. Is this normal or do I need a new fridge?

You don't need a new fridge. You need to keep food packages away from the vents through which cold air enters, and from the thermostat. Also, check the thermostat setting -- it may be set too cold.
