Japanese red maple trees?

Question:i have never grown a japanese red maple. i am looking for info on this tree

Answers:
Should be grown in the south as this is typical of the climate in Japan and that is a beutiful tree that turns different colors all year long good luck I have also been thinking of planting a couple in South Louisiana.

I have 2 of there just planted about 2 months ago. They are easy to care for and Seem to be doing well.
Beautiful tree. Loves partial shade to sun. Grows to 25 feet. Spectacular leaf color in autumn. Bloodgood, is a popular variety (depending where you are living of course ie. country)
