How much does it cost for a removal company?
Question:i want to hire a removal company to do my house move for me, its only a local move, just roughly how much do you think?

I would reckong on about £500 for a decent company. Also, they don;t charge much more to pack it and it saves an awful lot of time!

a lot of the cost will be in your location, London/ Home Counties removals can cost a small fourtune, as i found out with quotes before our move north, if it is just a local move it would be far cheaper to hire a van and rope in some good and reliable friends to give a hand, you should also take into account the type and cost of the items you are going to move, if the fear of breakages or loss makes you wince, get in the professionals as they will be insured against loss or breakages,
