What kind of bugs are completely clear and have a black dot in the middle? Are these Lice?

Question:Would they come from Bradford Pear trees...My daughter has come home from school with these in her hair twice in one month, but they do not look like Lice to me...Then again I have never had lice but the picture on the internet does not match the bug I found...Please help..She keeps getting sent home from school because of this..Thank You
