Has anyone been able to get in touch with Klaussner furniture since they called in the administrators.?
Question:We received a letter on Saturday morning saying the administrators had been called in. They were not open over the weekend and since then the phone lines have gone unanswered apart from when the office is closed. Customer services are supposed to have been retained but they are not picking up.
Answers:
I managed to get through today after a week of trying - a team of people working for the administrators is manning the customer service line and basically taking customers details to pass on to the administrator. They said they would get back to me in a couple of weeks but could not guarantee that I will receive the missing part of my order.
