Answers:
It doesn't bother me what category you ask in...lol.
There are many programs...I know called an IDA account it is a state match account and in the USA every state has one..they give you an account for 4 years each year you put in 300.00 and the state will put in 1800.00 every year for four years...the requirements are you must have a high school diploma or ged, and attend a class once a year on how to manage your money last one and a half hours...the money can be used for school, buying your first home, or starting a business...it paid for my labtop here, and started my business bought my cleanig stuff, ladders, etc. Everyone should do it...however if you are married it is just one account, but if you are dating you can have two accounts combines that is over 4000.00 a year combines for four years...it is good for couples to get in on it for buying their first home, because they combine it. That would be 16,400.00 paid of their first home in 4 years! :)

You should ask this in the appropriate category to get a better answer.
I would think you might learn to spell before applying for a scholarship.
