Can you bring back a dead plant?
Question:I have two that were doing great, then the next day, they were dead! The rest of mine are fine-I make sure they have adequate water and light. Thanks They are indoor plants and I don't know what they are called.
Answers:
Trim off any definitely dead leaves. Water it with a general plant food solution. If it was in a sunny spot, move it to shade and vice versa. If it's root bound in the pot (pot too small), transplant it into a bigger pot. If that doesn't work, buy a new plant.
If they are truly dead, no. I have had plants lose all their leaves and the stem turn brown but come back without doing anything to them. I would check the roots and replant if they look okay.
Spiritually?
Without really knowing what type of plant it is, it is hard for us to give you an answer.
Some plants require full sun, while others need a diffused light.
Some may require more water than others.
You may over watered the plants.
You may have little bugs on them.
Some plants that I thought were dead, came back with a little TLC and fertilizer.
Don't really know. Maybe describe the plants to us.
not knowing what they are doesn't help. some plants adjust for a wet/dry season and will come back if you keep them watered.
others would be very much dead.
i don't know what plant you have but i had 2 peace lilys that died on me .they eventually looked like nothing but straw but i kept watering them and about 2 months later they came back...remember most house plants could use some type of fertilizer once a month
